Hollywood star Courteney Cox has revealed she would work as an interior decorator had she not managed to launch a successful career in acting.
“I’d decorate houses, I think,” she said when being asked what kind of jobs she considered as a reasonable alternative to her current profession.
The “Cougar Town” star explained: “Decorating homes is my most favourite activity – acting only comes second.”
Speaking to Austrian magazine Live, she also disclosed feeling more like a bear than a cougar. “A bear that can get angry and wild at times,” she stressed.
Cox – who starred in hit sitcom “Friends” and blockbuster horror film series “Scream” – told Live she did not hold a grudge against ex-husband David Arquette for revealing details of their private live on TV and in radio talk shows.
“No, I’m not angry with him. He’s just like that. David is an entertainer and an extremely open and honest person – sometimes a bit too honest,” she said.
The 47-year-old American said she has not started dating ever since the split from the actor who starred in crime film “3000 Miles to Graceland” and cult action horror movie “Eight Legged Freaks.”
“No, I’m not dating anybody at the moment. I’m quite shy and not ready yet, I think. It would feel odd. Apart from that, I don’t like going out that much. I prefer hanging around at home – not the ideal circumstances to meet someone, I know,” Cox told Live.

Firstly Hi, as you can see we have a new layout, hope you like it. I loved the other one I just think it was time for a change of colors. Second I’m currently re doing the entire gallery to sort the files better and to make it easier to browse. As you might know the gallery is huge so it will take a while. During this time both galleries will be open but I willl be deleting files in the old gallery as I put them in the new gallery, so if there’s files missing in the old gallery go to the new one the files are going to be there and the new files are going to be uploaded in the new gallery, the old one won’t be updated anymore and will eventually be deleted. Thanks for understanding and please click on Pictures on the top navigation to get access to both galleries.

I just want to wish Happy Birthday to our lovely Courteney. 47 and still so beautiful. I hope she have a fantastic day.

Courteney Cox and her not-so-humble Malibu abode were recently featured on Elle Decor.
The Friends and Cougar Town star, who wanted to be an architect before she got into acting, has a passion for design and decorating that is evident by the photos of her new Malibu, California home.

Although Elle Decor reports that Cox’s previous Lautner-designed home was “the most amazing place [she] ever lived in,” Cox said that architect Michael Kovac and interior designer Trip Haenisch “gave me everything I wanted” in a new home and that it is “exactly how I want to live.”
But the work that went into Cox’s perfect place wasn’t easy. According to the Elle Decor, Cox focused on every minute detail, from the color of the tennis courts to the way “guests interacted and moved through the space” and held “‘intense’ once-a-week planning meetings that lasted three hours.”
The result, of course, was well worth it. From its decadent, open design with wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean to its “guest cottages… screening room, and saltwater swimming pool,” Cox planned a house that looks absolutely amazing.
